·         Developed the integrated master schedule for Coal Barge-Conveyor Delivery Project at Morgantown Power Plant, Newburg MD. Project Cost: $44M.

·         Reviewed the Wet FGD project contracts to segregate the contracts into Prime contracts and Owner scope contracts to facilitate tracking of duties of each responsible party. Project Cost $450M

·         Expedited the bidding process of the Land – Side Conveyor Foundation by facilitating the estimation process and coordinating with the Engineering Design firm and the Performing contractor so that the project can be completed in timely manner. 

·         Prepared 3weeks look ahead schedule which enables the project team members to focus on important activities (activities on the critical path) and schedule of equipment to plan for.

·         Assisted in setting up the Project Document Control section, this helped in tracking of the construction documents and provided easy turnover of the O&M Manuals/As-built Documentations.

·         Aided in interface design of the Coal Barge platform drainage system and the Conveyor Transfer Tower thus eliminate discharge of liquid waste into the Potomac River.

·         Facilitated the implementation of the revised lighting system for the Morgantown SCR platforms by identifying those to be removed and replaced thus meeting the environmental recommendation from the state.

·         Conducted preliminary site investigations to verify existing properties boundaries and to make appropriate recommendations based on the result of the investigation: City of Capitol Height Community Road Project

Civil Maintenance Engineer                 October 2002 – May 2006

·         Lead all matters pertaining project management in Logistics Department within Brass Terminal and all the  Flow Stations operations/and or projects in the host communities.

·         Managed revamping of two crude oil skimmers (Beniboye flow station and Brass Terminal) within budget and delivered on time without disruption to the field operations. Project Cost $80,000.00

·         Developed all drawings and estimates relating to all contract bidding process within the Brass Terminal and Flow Stations

·         Served as liaison personnel between Agip and contractors for projects under Logistics Brass Terminal

·         Developed and analyzed and procedure for measuring and updating weekly work progress on projects

·         Coordinated field activities involving outside team of engineers (Land Surveyors) and NAOC Brass Terminal operations.

·         Solved water leakage problem in pressure pipe at the residential quarter by suggesting the use of right chemical compounds with appropriate curing time, thus saving huge amount of money and need for an external contractor.

Field Project Engineer April 2001 – September 2002

·         Lead – project engineer in charge of the construction of the Brass Terminal’s New Crude Oil Analytic Laboratory. Project Cost $420,000.00

·         Coordinated all the site activities including managing all the craftsmen on various aspect of the Laboratory construction project.

·         Managed all procurement activities which included receiving, storage and reports towards the procurement contract close outs.

·         Supervised all the commissioning activities on the laboratory construction prior to final handing over to AGIP Oil Company

·         Successful construction and completion of the Emergency Helipad at the NAOC Brass Terminal residential quarters.

·         Supervised installation of the 2 Diesel Holding Underground Tanks at AGIP’s Port Harcourt.
